Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shoptrelouis@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Custom Suits:
TreLouis hereby declares that the cost of suit alterations shall not be the responsibility of the brand. Any alterations required to tailor suits to individual preferences or sizing shall be borne solely by the customer. TreLouis brand shall not assume financial responsibility for alterations, including but not limited to adjustments in length, width, or any other modifications necessary to achieve a desired fit. This policy applies to all purchases made from TreLouis brand, whether in-store or online, and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
TreLouis will only issue a full refund if it is our error. (Examples: wrong product, wrong size, wrong color etc.)
TreLouis will only refund a deposit if it is our error and/or the order is canceled by us. Please allow 3-4 weeks for the refund to process.
Although there is an average time for a custom design to be produced, PRODUCTION & SHIPPING ARE OUT OF MY CONTROL. Please place your orders with more than enough time for error or delay. You will NOT receive a refund for delays that are OUT OF MY CONTROL.
Restocking fee on all products is 25%. The restocking fee cannot be applied to the new purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you would like to cancel and order, it must be done before the order ships. If the order ships, it will need to be returned in its original condition to receive a full refund.
A 100% refund will be provided for all items returned within 7 business days of delivery if we have made an error (wrong product, wrong color, wrong size, etc). If we have not made an error there is a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted before your refund is processed.
